3Q – What are your hours of operation?
A – Pink Elephant Airport Parking is open Monday to Friday (6am to 10pm) and Saturday (6am to 2pm). We are closed Sundays.
4Q – What if my flight is delayed? Will you still come and get me from Melbourne Airport?
A – Monday to Friday we are available for Airport pickups from 6am to 10pm and Saturdays from 6am to 12 noon. Any time after these hours will require you to make your own way back from Melbourne Airport to retrieve your car and keys. (Ubers and taxis are readily available at Melbourne airport) There is no way to retrieve your vehicle on a Sunday, Public holidays or any other stated closure days.
5Q – How long before I travel do I need to make a booking?
A – We recommend that you leave as much time as possible to make a booking. We prefer bookings to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Click here to make a booking.
6Q – How do I get to Melbourne Airport from the Pink Elephant Airport Parking base?
A – A Pink Elephant Airport Parking bus will take you to Melbourne Airport on arrival at base. When you return to Melbourne Airport and have collected you luggage, simply call us and we will come and collect you.
7Q – How do I make a booking?
A – To make an online booking simply click on the bookings tab at the top of the page. Phone bookings can be made by calling us on (03) 9338-3513 .
8Q – How much time should I allow to arrive at the airport before check in closes?
A – We recommend that you arrive at Pink Elephant Airport Parking base at least 45 minutes prior to check in closing. The trip to Melbourne Airport usually takes around 5 minutes, however we recommend you leave extra time to allow for traffic at Melbourne Airport.
9Q – How are your rates charged?
A – As per the industry standard, our rates are charged per calendar day or part thereof. For example, if you were to park your car on a Monday morning and return that same night that would be considered as 1 day parking. If you were to park your car on a Monday and return the next day (Tuesday) then that would be considered as 2 days parking, etc.
10Q – What do I do when I arrive at Pink Elephant Airport Parking base?
A – When you arrive at Pink Elephant Airport Parking base, simply park your car in one of the marked spaces at the front of the building and enter reception. Our reception staff will then get you to sign your receipt and promptly transfer you to Melbourne Airport.
11Q – When I return to Melbourne Airport, how do I get back to Pink Elephant Airport Parking?
A – When you return to Melbourne Airport, have collected your luggage and/or cleared all stages of immigration/customs (for International passengers) then simply give us call on (03) 9338-3513 . We will instruct you on which bus zone to wait in and then come and collect you in our Pink Elephant Airport Parking shuttle.

If your scheduled flight is delayed beyond our closing hours, please contact us by making a courtesy call on 03 93383513 so we can advise you about your pick up options.

Please do not book or reschedule any flights outside of the above operating hours without prior approval from management.

A $100.00 call out fee will apply if we are available to collect you, otherwise you will need to make your own way home and collect your vehicle during the operating hours.
